Hence, it is crucial to avoid indulging in violent, sexually perverted, jealous-filled, and lustful content, as these can cloud our spiritual vision. The Bible warns us that the imagination of man’s mind is inclined towards evil. To gain power over sight, we must recognize that sight is the impregnation of Creation itself.

2. The Proximity of the Spirit World:

Contrary to popular belief, the spirit world is not distant; it is often right beside us. Consider the example of Elisha, who received a double portion of Elijah’s spirit when he witnessed Elijah’s ascension into heaven. Though Elisha physically saw Elijah being taken away, it was his spiritual sight that allowed him to witness the chariot of Fire and the ascension in its fullness. The story of Balaam and his donkey also illustrates that even animals can perceive the spiritual realm. Thus, being spiritually aware doesn’t necessarily require shutting our eyes and moving our bodies; instead, it involves having our hearts, minds, and thoughts aligned with the Holy Ghost’s mind, thoughts, and reasoning.

3. The Path to Seeing in the Spirit Realm:

Developing the ability to see in the spirit realm requires consistent training and practice. To recognize the voice of God, we must receive and interpret His word rightly. A perfect example of this is the young Samuel, who, in the beginning, struggled to discern God’s voice. However, through his connection with the Holy Ghost and his fellowship with the Word, Samuel grew into a powerful seer and prophet.

4. Inducing Spiritual Sight:

As demonstrated by Daniel’s experience, spiritual sight can be induced through prayer and faith. When King Nebuchadnezzar demanded that his astrologers and magicians interpret his dream, Daniel and his friends sought God in prayer. As a result, God revealed the dream and its interpretation to Daniel while he was sleeping. If you seek insights into your life, family, past, or future, follow Daniel’s example—enter the place of prayer and ask in faith, trusting that God will reveal His secrets.
